I started with rottweilers in 1994 and
they are the only breed I have or want to have.
I
believe that if you want to get good you have to focus on just one
breed. This is 2008 so I have been focused on the rottweiler now for 14
years and due to the grace and blessings of God, I believe it shows.
I have had in recent months several people that contacted me that said
they were really leary about getting a Rottweiler from
someone off the internet. I have also heard from people that tried to
get a puppy through the internet and sent their money and ended up
empty handed.
Yes, there are scamsters and tricksters out there and it pays to be
cautious. The only thing I can tell you is I have been right here in
this same home for 30 years and I'm not going to leave town so I can
escape with your Rottweiler puppy purchase price.
I know ........ anyone can say that.
Check the phone book, I am listed and have been for years. I don't have
a disposable phone, I have had the same land line with the same number
connected to the same street address for around 20 years now. The phone
company changed everyone's phone numbers out this way about 20 years
ago or I would have had the same number for 30 years.
Anytime you are dealing with someone through the internet, at the very
least, go to yahoo.com and do a white pages phone search. If they don't
have a listed phone number ....................... well, why
would you put your phone number on the internet but not in the phone
book? Doesn't make any sense to me. If you can't find a listed number,
I'd say you better think about it before sending money to this person.
I know this is the cell phone age but cell phone numbers, especially
the prepaid ones are not concrete. I live in Newton Falls, Ohio but I
can buy a cell phone with a California area code.
A land line is physical and has to be connected to a physical address.
If the person you are dealing with has no land line and no phone book
listing with a physical address the only thing I can say is "buyer
beware".
When you purchase a puppy here you will be required to sign a written
agreement and yes, both parties will be bound by the terms of the
agreement. Read it here Barclay
